Clients feel instantly at home with Heather Lewandowski for good reason. Heather's warm Midwest style perfectly balances her impressive educational background and rigorous work experience in chaotic, high intensity occupations. Not only is Heather personable and approachable, she is also organized, calm under pressure, intelligent, professional, savvy and pragmatic making her an exceptionally qualified partner to navigate clients through any real estate transaction. "Heather provided the marketing data and business acumen to sell our home for even more money than we expected. She got our house ready to show and listed quickly, so that we did not miss a prime marketing window. We accepted an offer within 7 days that Heather personally ensured went through to sale. She was a trusted partner in the process and had a network of professional resources to solve every issue we encountered in the process. To say that Heather went above and beyond for us would be an understatement." MB, Easton Born and raised in Michigan, Heather received a B.A. in Organizational Studies at The University of Michigan before earning a law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law. Heather worked for the New York State Court System while simultaneously launching a hospitality consulting business with her husband. Their work eventually brought them from Hoboken, New Jersey to Fairfield County. After living in Southport and Fairfield for a few years, Heather and her family moved to the town of Easton and launched her Real Estate career in 2016. Heather was initially drawn to Easton for its natural beauty, farms, stone walls, winding roads, landscapes, and wonderful public schools (which her children attend). She loves that Easton does not have street lights or grocery stores and that she can get fresh eggs from the local farmer's shed as the sun rises. She loves the town's bustle during apple, pumpkin and Christmas tree seasons, but especially enjoys taking her children to local farms when the baby animals are born in the quieter Spring months. Heather uses her research and negotiation skills developed as a business owner, attorney and mediator to guide her clients through each real estate transaction. Since 2007, she has collaborated with her husband to open several successful restaurant concepts in the greater New York area and Fairfield County and her involvement gives her a breadth of knowledge in construction and design elements. Heather's legal background makes her exceptionally effective at ensuring that all pieces are in place to meet important deadlines for successful closings. Heather loves to serve as a local community resource regarding home maintenance, home improvement, children's activities and restaurant recommendations. Her personal and professional networks throughout Fairfield County provide her clients with resources for each step of their journey. Heather is a Board Member of the Lakewood Trumbull YMCA, a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America, a supporter of the Pequot Library in Southport and a parishioner of St. Luke's Church in Westport. Heather loves skiing, boating, and cooking. But most of all, she is passionate about making people comfortable, whether at a restaurant property or in a home. Heather says, "It is rewarding to bring peace to my clients -- whether they are looking to purchase a home or present a property for sale." Heather is committed to listening to her client's needs and going the extra mile to help them achieve their goals.
