Cristy Dow serves as Strategic Growth Manager for the Hilton Head and Bluffton offices of William Raveis Real Estate. In this role, she is focused on driving strategic expansion, agent development, and long-term market growth across the Lowcountry. Since joining William Raveis in 2015, Cristy has consistently demonstrated a passion for building high-performing professionals and scalable business strategies. She brings more than 20 years of executive sales and leadership experience, including her tenure as Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Growth at Bright Horizons from 1999 to 2015, where she led large-scale growth initiatives, built high-impact teams, and implemented expansion strategies across multiple markets. Cristy's strength lies in helping agents move from transactional production to intentional business growth. She partners closely with both emerging and established agents to refine business plans, increase productivity, strengthen market positioning, and implement systems that drive sustainable results. Through one-on-one coaching, accountability structures, performance analytics, and strategic recruiting initiatives, she supports agents in building profitable, long-term careers. Her leadership style is hands-on, collaborative, and data-informed. Cristy believes growth happens at the intersection of strategy, discipline, and support. She works alongside agents to identify opportunity gaps, elevate skill sets, and strengthen their competitive edge in the Hilton Head and Bluffton markets. With a foundation in residential real estate and experience in highly competitive markets, Cristy understands both the operational and relational aspects of success in today's environment. Her background in psychology, combined with her business development expertise, allows her to guide agents not only in sales strategy but in mindset, communication, and client experience. Cristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Assumption College and remains deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and community engagement. Hilton Head has been Cristy's home away from home for over 40 years! She is thrilled to combine her commitment to William Raveis with her love for South Carolina.
