With a career in real estate that began in 2015, Sierra Hope brings nearly a decade of industry experience to Town & Country Real Estate. Starting in office management and lease administration in the commercial sector, she has since transitioned her focus to residential and luxury properties. Sierra’s clients, ranging from sellers to buyers and investors, benefit from her personable, approachable, and reliable nature. Sierra’s professional approach combines a proactive attitude with a clear vision, collaborating closely with clients to develop a tailored plan and diligently executing it to achieve their real estate goals. In addition to her real estate career, Sierra is also involved in community efforts. She has volunteered at Heart of the Hamptons, dedicated to bringing a Food Pantry and Assistance program to the local community in need. She is an advocate for causes that include hunger, animal shelters, healthcare, and child welfare. When she's not assisting clients, Sierra enjoys beach walks with her husband and young son, playing sports, traveling and sharing her love of cooking with family and friends."
