This has a lot to offer for the price. This area is a hidden gem, other lakes are priced out of the common man’s budget. Hurry before this area gets discovered. Oops, I almost forgot about the location. Hwy 75 makes travel easy, 47 minutes to downtown Ocala or just over an hour to downtown Tampa, Orlando is 62 minutes away. You get to live in nature and be close to the city life. For local entertainment, shopping and dining it’s 20 to 25 minutes to Brownwood, Eastport or Middleton in the Villages. When the day is done, pour a glass of wine, walk down to your dock, and watch the evening sky come alive as birds glide across the lake heading to roost. It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy peaceful lake life.
