Property maintenance is covered by the landlord. Lovely, 3-bedroom ranch (with central air conditioning) sited on a quiet and level, 3-acre, property in a highly desirable area of lower Easton, close to the Merritt Parkway, Elementary and Middle Schools, Library, Silverman Farm, and Town Center. (Lawn care included in rent). The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood flooring, large windows, and views of the front of the home and idyllic pond. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances and views of the idyllic backyard. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room that could serve as a home office (as shown in photos). The home was recently painted and the floors are refinished. Household animals are permitted but the landlord will need more info on type and size. No farm animals, please. If possible, the landlord would also like to store a vintage car in the garage. The home is offered for a lease term of 12 months to 2 years but the lease cannot end during winter months. The landlord prefers the rental term to end in spring or early summer. No shorter terms will be considered. Good credit and references are a must. September 1 lease inception preferred but no earlier than roughly August 17.
