About a mile in off the end of Potter (Brook) Road via Class IV portion and then a quiet, 30' wide deeded ROW gets you onto this otherwise remote parcel. Abuts Green Mountain Club land, and ~140 yards East of Frank Post Trail. . . So, remote. Potter Road AKA Potter Brook Road. GPS is best, download map and pin it before you go.
