There is covered outdoor seating on the patio and a new hanging egg chair for outdoor enjoyment. A charcoal grill is available for use. Beautiful plants with rain barrel irrigation require no maintenance from tenant. The grass is mowed weekly. The community is all-ages and has a small playground and basketball court. 2 inflatable paddleboards are kept in the shed for trips to the beach, the intercoastal or the springs. A bike is also kept in the shed for rides through Largo Central Park, Walsingham Park, or the Pinellas Trail.
