This is a fun tropically decorated beach villa that will put a smile on your face when you walk in!! This unit can easily occupy up to 6. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress. The master bath is new with a roman walk in shower. There is an LCD TV, DVD player and a nice closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full with an LCD TV and a huge closet. Many kid's books and games are also found in this bedroom. The guest bathroom is also new with a large step in shower. The living room features a large LCD flat screen TV, as well as a DVD player. The large glass dining table seats six for dinner. The villa has free hi speed internet available, as well as free long distance phone calls within the United States and Canada. One of the special areas in our villa is a magic closet with many things that you can borrow during your stay - movies, books, games, coolers, and beach toys/chairs are easily available. The 2014 renovated kitchen includes fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal. You may also use our griddle, crockpot, blender and quesadilla maker to make your stay more pleasant. When you're not in the mood to cook, grab dinner at our favorite restaurant, "Captain Curt's" and tell Brad that the Greer's sent you. You can also visit the brand new Daiquiri Deck located right next to Captain Curt's. For time you want to spend outside, but out of the sun - enjoy your morning coffee, paper or evening cocktail on the fully screened in lanai. Villa D13 has always been, and will always be, a smoke free unit. For those who visit during the winter holiday season, a decorated Christmas tree can be requested. This way Santa will be sure to find you. Lastly, but surely not least, the white, powdery flour like sand of Siesta Key is just over a minute's walk away from our front door. If you're not in the mood for salt water, a leisurely dip in the complex's large pool awaits you. We have a new outside shower that can be used after your outing. Casa Blanca and Villa D13 is a quiet beachfront complex with all the comforts of home. Come enjoy our blue water, white sand and a tropical paradise that lets you put your cares a million miles away.
