Hollis Village Marketplace was developed as a small town New England gathering place with five separate condominium buildings to accommodate retail, professional and business clients servicing the local community. Three buildings within the Association are being offered collectively and represent the controlling interest in the center. Building One consists of 11,065 SF and is 100% occupied by Harvest Market, the towns only full-service grocery store. Building Two consists of 7,512 SF and accommodates nine (9) individual service-oriented businesses. Building Three consists of 8,250 SF and is tenanted by the preschool academy, medical practice and the long-established Hollis Market Diner.
