HOMEOWNER TESTIMONAL: "It is a wonderful house in a great neighborhood and enjoyed raising my family here. My heart and soul went into maintaining and updating it over the years in order to make it the best it can be. I tried to make my home feel like it was a vacation retreat, and planted every growing thing in the yard with the exception of the large pin oak in the front yard. There are a variety of perennial gardens that will bloom from spring to fall. I would suggest to wait until you have gone through spring and summer to replant any of the gardens. I even am surprised at what pops up. This home is warm and cozy in the winter and cool and inviting in the summer. The porch is a favorite gathering place in all seasons. There is a great flow to the house and there is plenty of room to find a quiet space, as well as to entertain a large gathering. It's a fun neighborhood in a beautiful section of the White Hills. I will be sad to move on, but the time is right. I hope that the next family to live here enjoys it as much as my family did".
