About Orna Gusinski

Orna Gusinski is a licensed real estate professional with William Raveis in Greenwich, CT, specializing in international investors, relocation clients, and property management. She manages a portfolio of client-owned properties, including a residential building and luxury homes. Before transitioning into real estate, Orna spent more than a decade with FashionTV, the Paris-based fashion television channel, as Broadcasting Operations Director, where she developed the network's first broadcasting operations office, recruited and trained staff, and worked closely with founder Michel Adam Lisowski to prepare for the channel's satellite launch. After completing the broadcasting center, she moved to the U.S. to develop American content for the channel, producing TV coverage of New York, Los Angeles, and Miami Fashion Weeks, producing Fashion Destination program in Las Vegas, and guiding the network's transition from cable to streaming platforms. She later served as Senior Vice President of FashionTV USA, where she oversaw the rollout of FTV SD and HD across the U.S. and led content localization across Latin America in partnership with Turner Broadcasting. She negotiated carriage and broadcast licensing agreements, managed commercial distribution, and directed the launch of FTV HD on Dish Network. Orna eventually left the fashion business world to raise her two children and has made Greenwich her home. She serves as Treasurer of the Clinton Court Association, is a Board Member of the Greenwich High School PTA, and chaired the 2024 GHS Fundraiser. A former discipline commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, Orna is recognized for her ability to multitask, lead, and guide others, and for her dedication to helping the community she calls home.
