Prior to her venture into the mortgage sector, Leasley dedicated over two decades to the field of subsidized housing, demonstrating her commitment to empowering communities and individuals. Her extensive background also includes serving on the Board of Civil Services for the City of New Haven, showcasing her active involvement in civic duties and community engagement.
Leasley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology, underlining her strong academic foundation and expertise in understanding human behavior within organizational contexts.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Leasley finds joy in traveling and cherishing moments with her loved ones. While she was born in Puerto Rico, she has called New Haven, CT her home for the better part of her life.
