Michelle Silverman is a dedicated luxury realtor who combines her background in law with a passion for building dream homes. A native Philadelphian, Michelle moved to Florida in 2005 to study tax law at the University of Miami, and later practiced estate planning and probate for over 15 years. This provided a solid foundation in real estate and probate transactions. Known for her hands-on approach, Michelle has extensive experience in every phase of home construction - from lot selection and orientation to interior design and cost-effective upgrades - having both built and sold homes herself and with clients. Michelle is an active member of her community, frequently participating in initiatives to support the food-insecure population. Her knowledge of the local school systems makes her an invaluable resource for families moving to the area, and her commitment to treating clients with kindness is grounded in a mantra her father taught her: "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice." Happily married to her law school sweetheart Ryan for over 15 years, Michelle is a proud mom to a wonderful son named Hudson, and a mini Goldendoodle named Waffles.
