Michael Cerreta began his real estate career in 2017 after earning a bachelor?s degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Florida. He initially partnered with one of the top-selling agents at a nationwide brokerage in Southport, CT, where he gained extensive experience managing foreclosure listings. In 2018, Michael transitioned to a top-producing team, contributing to over $200 million in closed transactions.

While his early experiences were invaluable, Michael sought greater opportunities to innovate and provide a higher level of service to his clients. In 2021, he joined William Raveis, Fairfield County?s leading brokerage, and launched his own business. This move allowed him to offer the elevated, client-focused service he had always envisioned. Michael?s passion for building and maintaining relationships is one of his greatest strengths, ensuring his clients feel supported throughout the entire buying or selling process.

As a way to show his appreciation, Michael has developed a creative and personal way to thank each client?by gifting them a framed, hand-drawn illustration of their new home after closing.
