It was the salty smell of sea air on Cape Cod that revitalized Mariana's real estate career.
Mariana had specialized in cooperative and condominium sales on Manhattan's Upper East Side, but her relocation to Boston also included a career change. After several years, she opted to purchase a home on the Cape because no matter where one lives on the Cape, it is never more than five minutes from the beach. That home buying and renovation experience re-ignited her personal passion for architecture and real estate. She now specializes in the purchase and sale of vacation and retirement homes throughout the Cape, combining her personal knowledge of the Cape's diverse towns with her professional expertise to the decided benefit of both buyers and sellers. Mariana's customer service and sales skills, negotiating prowess and communication skills, well-honed during more than 20 years in the beauty industry as sales manager of luxury spas and salons in Manhattan, have proven extremely useful to her clients. Born in Ecuador, Mariana's fluency in Spanish is an additional asset to an international clientele.
