With a background in marketing, product development, and operations - leading growth at global firms and technology startups - Delivering a strategic, analytical mindset to real estate that combines business insight with practical execution. I bring both design and builder insight to evaluate land and existing homes, helping clients understand what can be done, what it will cost, and whether it's worth doing. In addition to my real estate practice, I lead marketing and operations for three affiliated companies that support our clients:

Kathleen Goodwin Interiors - Our design firm specializing in architectural interior design, including space planning, layout, detailing, and finishes - creating homes that are both functional and beautiful.

Viridian Custom Homes - Representing Lindal Homes, we offer distinctive post-and-beam homes, many of which are designed in-house. Our portfolio includes Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired homes developed in partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.

Viridian Modular - Our design-build firm for custom modular homes. We handle all design in-house and serve as the general contractor, ensuring architectural quality, cost control, and efficient delivery - built in partnership with New England Homes.

How Design Elevates Our Work: My partner, Kathleen Goodwin, is a experianced architectural interior designer who leads the design side of our Lindal and modular businesses. Fluent in AutoCAD, she designs homes from the inside out - integrating layout, structure, and spatial flow to create spaces that stand out, attract stronger offers, and sell faster. Her work also gives buyers the confidence to pursue a renovation with clarity and support. Why It Matters: In today's market, the best value often lies in what others overlook - whether it's a buildable lot, a solid home that needs thoughtful renovation, or a property that simply needs the right touch to shine and sell. We don't just help clients close deals - we help them uncover opportunity, manage risk, and realize long-term value. With real estate at the core of our business - and design and construction as strategic tools - we deliver a full-spectrum approach that leads to better results at every stage of the journey.

Education

I hold an MBA from Temple University - John Boyer and Temple Scholar. Prior to Temple, graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, in the UK, and spent eight years as an officer in the Household Cavalry, Queens Horse Guards, Ceremonial Mounted Duties and equitation, competing for the British Army. Promoted to Captain at aged 23, at the time one of the youngest in the British Army.
