Marcie began her real estate career in the late 1980s as a staff appraiser for Patriot Properties, a large, real estate appraisal and assessing firm, where she developed a strong foundation in property valuation. In 1995, she expanded her expertise by joining one of the top realty firms in the area. With years of advanced training and hands-on experience, Marcie has consistently been recognized as a top producer in the real estate industry. Roberta has been a dedicated real estate professional since the 1990s. With an extensive background in customer service, Roberta has built strong relationships with clients, earning a reputation for personalized, responsive service. Her commitment to client satisfaction, paired with her deep industry knowledge, has made her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. In 2018, Marcie and Roberta joined forces to form the Gingle-Lerman Realty Group, combining their complementary skills and expertise to provide clients with a comprehensive, client-centered approach to real estate. Marcie is a 2nd generation Swampscott resident with three children and five grandchildren. As a lifelong resident of the North Shore, she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling. She volunteers at Windrush Farm, a PATH certified riding academy which promotes confidence, independence and well-being in children and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional or age-related challenges through therapeutic riding and horse related programs. She has papillion named Evie and a Ragdoll named Stella Roberta is a 49 year resident of Nahant and an active member and volunteer with the Nahant Historical Society and North Shore Women Connect. A published writer of historical romance, travel and personal essays she brings a storyteller's heart and a historians appreciation to everything she does When she is not working with clients, you'll often find her in the garden, planning her next adventure, or happily keeping up with her three grandchildren, affectionally as the "Wild Bunch" With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Marcie and Roberta pair deep local roots with seasoned marketing expertise, guiding buyers and sellers with insight, integrity, and a genuine love for the communities that always call home.

Marcie is a volunteer with Windrush Farm in North Andover which is a PATH certified horse farm. PATH stands for Professional Association of Therapeutic Horses. Windrush Farm is non profit and serves emotionally and physically challenged persons Roberta is a volunteer with the Nahant Historic Society, The Book Buddy Program in Salem, The Clothing Connection and our annual Fall Into Reading Event along with the Swampscott Farmers Market.
