Our Customer Service Center receives inquiries from all over the world through raveis.com and our mobile apps. Our exposure is broadened through our marketing efforts as well as our affiliations with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, to name a few.
We realize that our sales associates can't be available 100% of the time and it's important that we capture every prospective buyer that might show interest in a home. The Customer Service Center becomes a virtual assistant to our sales associates, ensuring that every inquiry is answered and that all potential buyers are put in touch with a sales associate.
Our state-of-the-art Follow-Up Tracking system, LeadTrax® tracks the progress of our leads. We utilize a combination of automated and manual follow-up tasks that are designed to keep communication open between the consumer, customer service center and sales associate. Our Tracking and Reporting provides detail information on inquiries, placements, listings, contracts, closed properties, sources of business and agent performance.
