It’s true that Matthew has a degree in philosophy, is an avid photographer and writer, and make a living as a speaker. He’s spent the last 25 years of his life traveling the world, teaching others how to apply their creativity and ingenuity to their careers and lives.

He travels the world delivering 60-70 keynote speeches annually, focusing on leadership, personal growth, sales and new technology. He has written a blog since 2008, appears on radio shows and delivers live internet television programs every month.

Flying more than 150,000 miles a year, Matthew takes time on his journeys to photograph the people and places he visits, sharing his pictures in two books, his workshops and portfolio. He has won awards for his images in the United States and Italy.

Today Matthew helps his clients prepare for the challenges of the next generation of consumers, markets and technologies by unlocking their creativity, passion and intellect. He continues to travel the world, making new friends and offering ideas that help them reach their goals – and change the world.

He also serves as CIO for Windermere Real Estate, one of the largest independent brokerages in the country, and directs their selection and use of technology across consumer, agent and back office tools.

Having built his career around helping sales teams excel through automation and technology, his passion now is to help real estate brokerages create growth. Moxi Works’ products are used by 50 brokerages and 50,000 agents, including Windermere, Long & Foster and Howard Hanna.

York brings 30 years of technology industry expertise to the company, including previous roles as Chief Marketing Officer for The TAS Group, where he drove the transformation of the company from a services-based training approach to a high-margin software-as-a-service model. As Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Zango, he helped to create the world’s largest client-side contextual targeting network through organic growth and acquisition. While Executive Vice President and General Manager at InfoSpace, he grew its search and directory business to be the largest independent Internet search network, and lead the successful acquisition of Excite.com. He also spearheaded channel development, product strategy, and corporate development at InterVu, Netpodium Wall Data, Attachmate, Microsoft, and the Space Needle. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Ken Barber, luxury Properties Specialist- Barber Real Estate Group, holds 42 years of experience in the residential construction and real estate industry.

Mr. Barber leverages over two decades of experience to manage all aspects of the development process, including pre-development planning, market research, branding and positioning, community operations and sales reporting. Demographic forecasts and other economic data are thoughtfully applied to infuse each development with the most compatible positioning possible, based on style, amenities, pricing and location.

Prior to joining the William Raveis organization in 2012, Mr. Barber was President/Owner Barber Fine Homes. Ken has been a Custom Home Builder for over 35 years in the Metro West Area. Specialized in Luxury Homes ranging in price from 1-6 million dollars. Also, built multiple condominium and town house developments and was involved in numerous home renovations.

Mr. Barber is based in the Wellesley sales office of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance, serving communities in the Metro West Area.

Donna Lee Blais, Director of Business Development, New Development Services

A licensed Realtor since 1982, Donna brings keen expertise to our New Development clients as she possesses extensive experience in marketing new construction developments throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, Orange and Dutchess Counties. She was the Owner/Broker of Northridge Realty since 1986, and worked exclusively with builders and developers to market their new construction projects.

Donna specializes in on-site sales throughout all phases of the development process, from raw land to finished models. She has successfully sold out over 22 communities, ranging from small subdivisions, 200 unit condominium complexes, to luxury million dollar home developments.

Donna is a member of the National, New York, Hudson Gateway and Ulster County Associations of Realtors. She was previously a member of National Association of Home Builders and Hudson Valley Builders and Remodelers Association.

Anne Colvin

Anne Colvin is the Luxury Portfolio International® Senior Manager of Member Services. Anne is the primary account manager for US Luxury Portfolio members and handles new member onboarding and recruiting, existing account management, training, and general administration of the Luxury Portfolio program.

With a professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University, Anne has worked as a project designer at architectural design firms in both Chicago and Boston. Notable projects included the White Elephant Resort in Nantucket, Patriot Place at Gillette Stadium, and Neiman Marcus department stores.

Prior to joining the Luxury Portfolio team in 2010, Anne began her career in real estate working in leasing and property management in Chicago’s north neighborhoods.

Suzanne Getz

Suzanne Getz is a real estate professional and former mega agent who led a team of 12 agents and 2 assistants. She has been in the trenches and still has a hand in the action. Suzanne continues to be involved with land acquisition and new construction projects in New England, Florida and Arizona.

An award-winning real estate coach and trainer, Suzanne is known for her radical approach to coaching and training – no nonsense, no patronizing. She has coached and trained some of the most successful real estate professionals and provides training to all new and experienced William Raveis agents. Suzanne has developed and facilitated a number of advanced course offerings including the Masters and Sales Manager Training series.

Suzanne is a certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation. She is a licensed facilitator of the Corporate Coaching Clinic and is a recipient of the National Association of Home Builders Prism Award for Sales and Marketing. Ann Meyerson has been a Transition Counselor and Realtor since 1985. She specializes in Assisting Seniors and Their Families with all aspects of the transition process. Dr Meyerson received a MEd in Counseling from the University of Maryland and a PhD in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University. Her professional affiliations are with William Raveis Realty and Keyes Real Estate in SE Florida. She is a designated SRES ( Senior Real Estate Specialist) and a popular blogger with the National Association of Realtors, A Transition Expert at A Place for Mom and a feature writer for Florida Realtor Magazine. She has also been identified as industry expert on Channel 12 Cablevision-CT.

He has guided target marketing strategies for clients that span a variety of industries including real estate, golf, travel and hospitality, luxury apparel retail, food and beverage, private aviation, bespoke personal finance and investing, and more.

Chandler graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2005 with a B.S. in Psychology. He is a passionate golfer and when not in the office, or on the course, Chandler is a guest lecturer at Central Connecticut University and Bacon Academy high school in Colchester, CT.

Serving as William Raveis’ representative to the rapidly-expanding industry of social media, Kim is responsible for promoting the brand digitally, leading company social media education and writing stimulating content for Raveis’ lifestyle website, RaveisEscapes.com. With the intention of building meaningful connections to our community of customers and potential recruits, Kim posts daily to all of William Raveis’ social channels. After honing her creative business acumen in the fields of fashion merchandising and real estate sales, the transition to marketing was seamless. Working primarily in fast-paced startup environments bred a do-it- yourself attitude for any task at hand. Kim earned a BS in Fine Arts from St. Lawrence University. Kim resides on the Upper West Side of New York City.

Adam Neale

Adam Neale

Adam Neale is the Owner and President of Northeast Environmental, Inc. (dba S.W.A.T. Environmental of Massachusetts). Adam is a certified Radon Mitigation Specialist with the NRPP/AARST, received his MBA from Boston College, and has his B.S. from Boston University. Adam has consulted for the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and routinely works with architects and environmental engineers on radon mitigation issues for large-scale commercial and condominium projects, as well as on HUD projects, municipal and town buildings and public and private schools. His residential radon mitigation experience ranges from antique homes with minimal crawl space basements built on ledge to newly constructed private homes of over 30,000sf. Adam is passionate about radon mitigation for safer breathing environments, and enjoys solving radon issues for builders and homeowners alike.

As a native of Naples, Chris has a vast knowledge of all things in and around the city of Naples, and truly throughout southwest Florida. Chris has a sterling reputation for being highly professional, honest, and a person of great integrity. Chris is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, whether it's buying or selling, Chris works with a diverse clientele that includes first-time homebuyers, experienced sellers, investors, professional athletes, entertainers, young professionals and families.

Before his career began in real estate, Chris was a professional baseball player. After being drafted by the Florida Marlins out of Barron Collier High School, Chris went on to play 14 years professionally having pitched in the major leagues for six different teams. His greatest accomplishment during his career was having been the recipient of the "Roberto Clemente Award" in 2012 for his community and charity involvement with The Pediatric Cancer Foundation. That same passion and work ethic Chris had for the game of baseball has carried over into his pursuit of excellence in real estate.

Eric Schmitt is President and owner of SWAT Environmental of Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York. SWAT Environmental is one of the regions largest radon mitigation company. Eric purchased the company in December of 2012 and had been focused on driving excellence in first-class service, quality and customer satisfaction.

Prior to SWAT Environmental, Mr. Schmitt had a successful 25+ year career in consulting, publishing, telecommunications and finance having served in senior executive positions in all these industry’s working for Scholastic Publishing, AIG Financial and Teldata Control as well as the CEO of Premiere Worldwide Telecommunications, which he sold in 1999.

Mr. Schmitt has worked with many local charities and community organization throughout his career and has served on the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools.

Mr. Schmitt lost both his parents to lung cancer and wanted to work in a field that support helping to support healthy families and communities.

As the Senior Vice President of William Raveis Real Estate's New Development Services, John has been involved in the marketing and sales nearly 3,000 units representing over $3 billion in new construction.

All told, New Development Services has marketed nearly 10,000 units, or almost $6 billion, in new construction. John has created effective and profitable programs to market new construction at every price level and in every environment, from suburban, single-family homes to high-rise urban, in-fill communities.

A sought-after business partner, John has worked with boutique single builders, as well as national building firms. He interacts with an exclusive group of nationally known new construction marketing professionals who are leaders in their field. Jason Wilson is the Vice President of William Raveis Affiliates and Vice President/Regional Director of Operations for William Raveis Real Estate. His real estate career started in 2005 as a salesperson and in 2008 he was awarded the position of branch manager as an Associate Broker at a Westchester firm. In addition to managing sales associates his main focus was to develop coaching programs, business building workshops, new marketing strategies, increase the brand’s visibility and market share. He has been in sales for 20 years and has held management positions for 19 years. He has been a motivational speaker, real estate coach/trainer and a certified NYS real estate instructor for 10 years. He also has conducted several convention workshops for a Global Real Estate Brand.

Jason gained his entrepreneurial acumen, team approach and marketing expertise as the founder and managing partner of Wireless Depot North America. Recognizing a change in the wireless industry he decided to make an aggressive transition into the real estate arena. His take charge attitude, motivational skills and tireless work ethic helped excel him to the top. Jason’s mantra “I always look at obstacles as opportunities” which has been put to the test several times in his career. Yet he has over come those obstacles with double-digit growth in offices he has managed.

As an entrepreneur he has held leadership positions for various nonprofit organizations. He was named “Manager of the Year” by his former company in 2011 and 2015 and was a “Forty Under 40 Rising Star,” an award bestowed by the Business Council of Westchester.

Joe brings a specialized set of expertise to Raveis clients and agents as he is both a licensed Realtor and Civil Engineer. Jamie Zdru has worked as the Executive Director of William Raveis’ Luxury Properties Division for the past 12 years.  In that time, Jamie has helped to devise a luxury marketing program that exceeds the competition.   She directs the marketing of over $2 billion of luxury inventory regularly, with an annual sales volume upward of $750 million.

Jamie and the luxury properties team are well versed in the luxury market and buyer trends both locally and globally and offer customized marketing plans unique to each property for the best presentation and demographic reach.   The team joins forces with Luxury Portfolio International and the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate for the maximum exposure in editorial, web, print, social and digital media.  The Luxury Properties Division has a reputation as a leader in the luxury market and has sold more than 30,000 luxury properties.

Kenny Zerella

Kenny Zerella, Sales Director for the New Development Services Division at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance, has nearly 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales and new development projects.

Kenny focuses on onsite new construction sales of both single family homes and condominiums. He works closely with the builder to implement strategic pricing, marketing, and reporting. Kenny focuses on details that are integral to his success with guiding clients through the entire process.

Working from William Raveis’ Southport office, Kenny has secured commercial deals, rentals, resales as well as partnered with builders in Greater Fairfield and New Haven Counties on new construction projects.

Prior to joining the William Raveis organization in 2011, Mr. Zerella owned and operated a landscaping business for 7 years that is still in existence and runs itself today. Working with people and developing relationships is truly a passion of his which enabling him to continue growing and understanding the ever changing real estate market.
