COACH, AUTHOR, AND KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Mike Staver is an internationally respected coach and speaker. He has been interviewed for many publications on his signature speaking and writing topic “Leadership Isn’t for Cowards” and how to build high performance firms and his new book with the same title released in 2013. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he has found a way to make complex ideas simple, memorable and immediately applicable.
He is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation held by fewer than 10% of the members belonging to the International Federation for Professional Speakers. Mike is a best-selling author and award-winning speaker. Most recently he was chosen as one of the 40 hottest business speakers in America by Meetings and Conventions magazine. Mike is the Chief Learning Officer at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Institute.
MAGICIAN, MENTALIST AND PURVERYOR OF MYSTERY
Ryan Oakes is a professional magician and mentalist based in New York City. He is one of the East Coast's most sought-after corporate entertainers, performing over 200 shows per year. In 2014 alone, he worked in 19 states!
A decorated veteran in the field of magic, Ryan has performed his unique show all over the US. It all started in 1990, when he became the youngest person ever to win the Society of American Magician's National Magic Competition, one of the highest honors in magic. Since then, Ryan has performed at literally thousands of events, including an appearance at the White House (Clinton administration). He has been profiled in Forbes FYI magazine as well as The New York Times and been written up in Entertainment Weekly, Star Magazine, The New York Post, and Variety. He’s been seen as a guest on The View, Inside Edition, and Montel, as well as appearances on CNN, The Discovery Channel, ESPN, and The Disney Channel.
Ryan primarily performs at corporate functions and maintains an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. While most of his work is concentrated in the US, Ryan also travels internationally for events and has performed for US troops in Cuba, Japan, Italy, Greece, Spain, and Guam.

Stephanie Pfeffer Anton has been with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World since Luxury Portfolio was Luxury Portfolio was introduced in 2005 and today oversees the day-to-day operations of what is now a global, multi-faceted program representing brokers in almost 50 countries.
Previously she served as the Vice President of Marketing for a large Chicagoland brokerage and as the Director of Communications for a real estate franchise. Before real estate she worked in advertising and public relations in Chicago and Boston.
Today, she frequently speaks to audiences around the world about the luxury industry, real estate marketing and research & insights into the luxury consumer.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Gail Sweetman has been in real estate for over 20 years having held a variety of positions. Gail joined the Raveis team in November of 2005 where she was an integral part of the rollout of companywide initiatives. She later led the Career Development Department and was recognized for her outstanding work in 2012 when she received the Entrepreneur of the Year award. She was spotlighted in the real estate publication Rismedia for her significant contributions to the company’s implementation of Zipform, an electronic based forms program. Gail is known for her ability to speak “tech-ease”, and help people feel comfortable with technology through her delivery and training techniques.

Jason’s real estate career started in 2005 as a salesperson and in 2008 he was awarded the position of branch manager as an Associate Broker at a Westchester, NY firm. In addition to managing sales associates his main focus was to develop coaching programs, business building workshops, new marketing strategies, increase the brand’s visibility and market share. He has been in sales for 20 years and has held management positions for 19 years. He has been a motivational speaker, real estate coach/trainer and a certified NYS real estate instructor for 10 years. He also has conducted several convention workshops for a Global Real Estate Brand.
As an entrepreneur he has held leadership positions for various nonprofit organizations. He was a “Forty Under 40 Rising Star,” an award bestowed by the Business Council of Westchester, NY.
