The cost to attend the EVENT 2017 is $50. Fee includes cocktail reception on Tuesday evening for those arriving early, plus breakfast, lunch, afternoon break on Wednesday.

All attendees are required to register for the Event 2017. Even if you are not staying overnight, you must still register. Here’s how ...

  1. Click this link to register for the EVENT 2017.
    * Online registration is open through Monday, March 20th. After this date, you can register onsite at the Event but there will be a higher attendee fee.
  2. Register for a room! Once registration is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the Mohegan Sun Hotel website to book your stay.
  3. To change or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Mohegan Sun Reservation desk at 1.888.777.7922.
  4. To change or cancel your Event 2017 reservation, please download and complete the CANCELLATION/CHANGE Form here and submit to

NOTE: You may make your room reservation direct through Mohegan Sun, but must provide them with the GROUP CODE WILRA17 in order to receive the preferred room rate. Hotel rooms at the Mohegan Sun are reserved for attendees only and if you do not register for the EVENT 2017 within two weeks of your confirmed hotel booking, your hotel room is subject to cancellation.
