Connie Stein is a commensurate real estate professional. A Palm Beach resident and Realtor since 1990, Connie knows her market and can capably guide her clientele to find the perfect home for her buyer. She is connected in her own community as well as in the Hamptons, where she has a summer home in Bridgehampton. Connie's journey started when her husband retired and they moved to Palm Beach. She joined her father in law, Henry Stein, who was a successful Realtor with Martha Gottfried. Connie laughs when she talks of the great success they had selling homes and apartments together for fifteen years. Her dream came true when her sister, Ellen (Sussman), a Realtor in Manhattan, relocated to The Palm Beaches. Together they formed a sales team at the William Raveis office on Worth Avenue. Ellen, a true New Yorker, grew up in Manhattan, married and raised her family on the Upper East Side. She developed a successful career as a real estate professional that began in 1990 starting at William B. May and continuing at Brown Harris Stevens for the past twenty years. Ellen earned a reputation for successfully representing buyers and sellers in a highly competitive marketplace, selling Condos, Co-ops and Townhouses. Known for her negotiating skills, integrity and a keen understanding of her clients needs, plus her ease in communication with others is the reason referrals account for a major portion of her business.
