She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, staging and prepping homes for market, and representing both buyers and sellers with care and precision. Having also spent several years in the mortgage industry, Cassidy brings a well-rounded understanding of financing, timelines, and strategy—offering her clients valuable insight at every step of the transaction. Cassidy began her career as a leasing consultant for a large Connecticut developer and continues to work closely with a developer today, fueling her strong appreciation for construction, design, and how homes truly function. She treats every transaction as if it were her own, with thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ success. When she’s not working, her favorite role is Mom — to her son and one very needy rescue pit mixes — and she’s happiest at home organizing, designing, or advocating for dog adoption.
