Strategic Growth Coach & Sales Manager, William Raveis Real Estate A lifelong South Shore native, Brian Molisse has been a trusted name in real estate since 2004. He founded Molisse Realty Group and, over 16 years, grew the firm to over 80 agents before successfully selling the company to William Raveis in 2023. Today, he serves as Strategic Growth Coach and Sales Manager at William Raveis, where he mentors agents and drives strategic business development. Brian manages the William Raveis offices in Hingham; Marshfield & Weymouth. With a background that includes 15 years as a Facilities Director for a nonprofit and experience as a licensed home inspector, Brian brings a unique depth of knowledge to the real estate industry. He also served as President of South Shore Realtors in 2015 and remains an active advocate for professional growth within the local real estate community. Known for his core values of Honesty, Integrity, and Hard Work, he believes in investing in people and resources to fuel success. He is also a seasoned investor and a proud father of three young adults.
