About Avigail Gans

Bio

Avigail is a highly resourceful, dedicated, result-driven professional with an exceptionally strong track record of success in management, marketing and leadership. Known for her tireless work ethic, integrity, creativity and high regard for people's needs and perspectives, Avigail consistently strives to exceed her clients' expectations. Avigail's clients and colleagues alike, value her talent for relating to, and communicating with, people from diverse cultural backgrounds and she is the quintessential people person. Her work experience and training are big contributors to the discipline, attention to detail and follow-through she brings to her work. She earned her MSc. degree in Management and Organizational Behavior and worked as a Human Resources manager in a variety of Israeli high-tech companies. Most recently she was the principal of The Israeli School of Lexington. Avigail immigrated with her husband to the United States from Israel 22 years ago. They live in Lexington and have two college graduate kids who went through the wonderful Lexington school system. She is involved with the Lexington community and in her spare time, sings with an Israeli band, and volunteers with the Israeli and American Jewish community of Greater Boston.
