"Who you work with really does matter, and here?s an example why. With 2 days to closing, I still had so much to move out. The contract stated broom clean. Some of my last-minute help didn?t show up. Thanks to my Realtor, Margaret Kane, she was able to get all the help I needed and on such short notice. The house was cleaned out and a truck with a 16ft bed was brought in to remove the remaining lumber piles and debris from the yard. The closing took place on time.
