I have a lovely condominium in Glastonbury as an investment property, in which I have been renting to different tenants for the past 12 years. I have been living out of state for 7 years now and almost every year I have to deal with tenants moving out and in. I have had a few agents representing me during the past 12 years but NONE were as efficient as Susan. She went beyond her duties and responsibilities to make sure that everything went smooth and easy, considering the fact that I live far away on the West coast and was unable do many things in the condo to have it ready for the new tenants.
