"My daughter and I recently closed on a condo in South Boston with Elizabeth as our agent. I felt it important to reach out to you to share our experience with her - it was absolutely outstanding in all aspects of our work together. From start to finish, I always felt that she had our best interests at heart and provided great advice and insight to us novices buying property in Boston. When we saw the condo and began to be very interested in it, Elizabeth right away accurately advised us the successful bid would be much higher than the listed price and provided data to support her view. As a result, we had a realistic expectation ($50K over asking) of what it would take to get the property. She provided an objective view during our offer consideration without pushing (and we got it over 10 other bidders by just a little more than the next highest offer). What really stands out about Elizabeth is her support and guidance through other needs we had. She is extremely well connected and arranged the inspection in 2 days, knew of someone to help renovate the bathroom, introduced us to Joel Fanjoy for the insurance, connected us to a mortgage company who was assured they could (and did) close in 45 days (we had to drop the mortgage contingency from the offer). Most importantly, Andrea had an apartment lease until August that we needed to find a solution for. Elizabeth provided calm assurance as we looked for a new renter that it could be leased and projected a most likely January move in date - and she was right. Her advice alleviated potential stress for us and made the whole process so much easier. I'm a HR Director with a large company and have worked in HR for over 25 years. I know great when I see it and Elizabeth is definitely great. We were so fortunate to work with her and will highly recommend her to others."
