The best thing that happened to my husband and I on the journey to purchasing our first home was crossing paths with Peter! During our first visit to his office, he took the time to get to know us and understand what our wants and needs were, and also used the opportunity to educate us on the buying process and the local market. We could tell right away that he was both knowledgeable and passionate about real estate, he truly loves what he does.

My husband and I were holding out for the perfect starter home and Peter was incredibly supportive of that. We worked with him for almost two years and during that period, he would send us new listings via e-mail on a regular basis and would schedule showings when we were interested in looking at a property in person. Peter was so patient and pleasant during this process, he was very responsive and never made us feel pressured. He earned our trust by really listening to what we had to say and always giving us his honest opinion.

We came across our dream home thanks to Peter and he did a phenomenal job coaching us through the entire process, from the offer to the closing. He recommended several people for us to work with including a mortgage broker, a home inspector and a lawyer, and even though we shopped around for our own people, Peter?s team stood out among the rest and they were all simply outstanding.

Everyone makes buying a house sound scary and painful but our experience was the complete opposite. It was easy and simple, we closed in just a little over a month and are absolutely in love with our new home. We are so grateful that we had Peter by our side through every step. There?s no question who we?ll be reaching out to when it comes time to make our next real estate purchase. We can?t thank him enough for his diligence and the time he devoted to us.
