This is a huge benefit especially in today's market where most properties have offers within a day or two of the listing date. Tom was very accommodating and went out of his way to meet our needs and set up appointments based on our schedule availability. We are out-of-town buyers and Tom was able to look at different properties in advance of us taking the trip and gave details and recommendations on the properties which gave us the luxury of doing most of our research from home. Once the offer was accepted, Tom was a great liaison with the sellers for many requests and communications. Tom is very professional in every manner and made our home buying experience a great one.
