There are almost too many things to list. Amy was fantastic to work with for some many reasons. We have been looking for a place for a couple of years and she demonstrated not only a high-level of knowledge of the real estate market but also a lot of patience with us. Her advice was always spot on which prevented us from overpaying for a home during the last couple of years of extreme home demand. She quickly learned what myself and my family would like and accurately steered us away from homes she knew we wouldn't like. We would have ended up paying more without her and we can't thank her enough for that. After reaching agreement on the price, Amy guided us through the entire process flawlessly. There was no stone unturned and nothing missed that I wished we had addressed. Even though Amy is an excellent realtor, she is an even better person. Things were not always easy over the last couple of years for my family and Amy was kind, personable, and would always offer to do things "out of scope" for her role to make the process easier. I will recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat and I hope we continue to stay in touch.
