I believe it is some perfect combination of a deep understanding of people and their wants, needs, personal tastes and budgetary allocations along with a comprehensive knowledge of the ever changing real estate market and enough sensitivity and experience to guide people through complex and often difficult financial negotiations and transactions. Tery Pedro-Matrone has represented myself and members of my family (and friends) on numerous occasions when buying and selling various kinds of properties from personal residences to investment acquisitions.
