About Nikki Carter

We turned to Nikki Carter for her help in selling our very unique 1920's Full Cape Cottage situated on "The River" after having very little activity with our prior Broker who we felt we had an obligation to initially list our property with. The "we" I refer is my Brother and I as we owned the home jointly, and when we determined we needed to list with a different Broker, Nikki was our only choice.
We went back to our teenage years with Nikki when we were all members of The Namequoit Sailing Association so we had some history together. Right from our initial contact, Nikki was so positive and optimistic that she could find a buyer who would truly appreciate what our property offered.
Nikki shepherded us through challenges with Conservation Commission, Orleans Historical Society and the Town of Orleans. She focused on our properties' unique plusses such as having 800 feet of waterfront, it's being surrounded on three sides by water, and with the remarkable features of having stunning views and total privacy.
Nikki could not have been more responsive to the twists and turns that surfaced during our selling process and she was always upbeat that we would find the right buyer. Her confidence paid off as the right buyer purchased our property in December of 2019.
In summary, we could not have been more pleased with her consummate professionalism, knowledge, and her very friendly nature which was demonstrated throughout our almost daily contact.
