My real estate practice focuses on matching my clients current living needs with available properties. These properties may either be actively listed on the market or those I know have an interest in selling. For sellers, I help many of my clients downsize from larger homes to ones that more adequately fit their needs. For buyers, I help my clients not to over buy or over invest in properties. This helps my clients in three ways:

1. Economically: By accurately matching their needs with available properties, my clients lower their utility, insurance, and tax expenses.

2. Environmentally: Decreasing utility expenses for my clients benefits the environment by saving fuel used to heat or cool empty rooms.

3. Personally: Homes that do not fit a client's current living needs are hard and cumbersome to manage. They demand time and attention that could be spent building relationships with others, pursuing a hobby of interest, or working in more fulfilling and rewarding activities.

Experience

During the past 12 years, I have worked with close to 300 clients assisting them with their real estate needs: selling, buying, and investing. By focusing on the "client" and not the "transaction", I have been able to serve my clients most effectively and diligently.

I am a perpetual student of the real estate business. My recently published book is a compendium of my learnings to date. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy helping other people.
