Gretchen Werda brings a unique blend of business strategy, analytical thinking, and personalized client service to her real estate career. Since entering the industry in 2022, she has quickly established herself as a dedicated professional, closing over $6.5 million in sales volume during her first six months in real estate. She is passionate about helping clients build wealth, improve their quality of life, and achieve their long-term goals through real estate. Before transitioning into real estate, Gretchen built a successful career as a conservatory-trained classical singer, stage director, arts administrator, and fitness professional, holding leadership roles with organizations including Goodspeed Musicals, the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, Westport Country Playhouse, and Berklee College of Music. These experiences developed the communication, project management, and relationship-building skills that now serve her clients throughout every transaction. Gretchen holds a Master of Music degree from the New England Conservatory and is currently pursuing her MBA. Known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strategic approach, she helps clients navigate complex transactions with confidence while ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, Gretchen is an active real estate investor. She owns and self-manages a multifamily vacation rental property in Puerto Rico, which she purchased and renovated while living on the island for a year. Her firsthand experience with investing, renovations, Airbnb and short-term rental management, relocation, and property operations allows her to provide valuable insight to clients looking to grow their real estate portfolios or explore investment opportunities. A lifelong Connecticut resident, Gretchen appreciates the state's shoreline communities, rich cultural offerings, and convenient access to major metropolitan areas.
