She has a distinguished background in the life sciences as a protein biochemist and has worked with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, universities, nonprofit organizations, and national laboratories. Lenna is the founder and owner of a contract research organization, where for 21 years she has managed complex research projects and collaborated closely with clients to advance scientific discovery. She holds a PhD from Yale University and an MBA from University of Connecticut. Her professional experience has developed strong analytical, research, and project management skills, along with extensive experience in negotiation and strategic decision-making. Lenna is known for her ability to evaluate complex information, anticipate challenges, and communicate clearly—helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process. Lenna connects naturally with clients through her thoughtful and dependable approach. She values listening carefully, understanding each client’s unique goals, and providing clear guidance every step of the way.
