After college I left the Berkshires for NYC to work before making any life decisions. Passing through the Pan Am building one afternoon I noticed a recruitment sign and walked through a door that would begin a 34-year career in international aviation. I joined Pan Am World Airways as a flight attendant, later advancing to International Purser. Following Pan Am?s acquisition, I continued my career with United Airlines, where I played a role in opening new international bases while living and working in Tokyo, London, Paris. Along the way, I had a son and now two grandchildren. Retiring from the airline industry and transitioning into real estate, I spent 18 successful years with John R. Wood Christie?s in Naples, Florida, achieving Top Producer status for several years and assisting clients in a rapidly growing luxury market. Drawn back to the Berkshires, I purchased property in 2017, built a home, and relocated full-time to Sheffield, MA in 2023. I currently hold real estate licenses in both Florida and Massachusetts and was proud to be affiliated with Lance Vermeulen Real Estate upon my return. Recently, Lance Vermeulen RE partnered with William Raveis Real Estate allowing a wider worldwide reach and many new amenities to my clients including Mortgage, Relocation, Insurance and Financial Investment assistance, I enjoy helping clients discover the unique lifestyle, cultural richness, and natural beauty of Berkshire County, while also assisting those seeking seasonal living opportunities in Florida. Outside of real estate, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my grandchildren, and exploring the region?s cultural institutions, including Jacob?s Pillow, Tanglewood, The Clark, MASS MoCA and so much more.
