Bio

A results-driven entrepreneur with 15-plus years of direct client relations, business operations and marketing experience, Katie Norton earned her real estate license and, within two months, organized her first deal. She now serves luxury buyers from Boston South and including the Cape and Islands, as well as first-time home buyers and empty nesters from Boston South. Katie is no stranger to buying and selling homes. While raising their three sons, she and her husband have successfully bought and sold six houses. “I have always had an eye for real estate transactions, whether it was a good market or not,” Norton says. “I understand the differences between an emotional connection to the deal and a business connection.” Norton grew up in the suburbs of Boston, attended Suffolk University, and is raising her 3 sons on the South Shore of Boston, summering with her family on Nantucket. She has lived, worked and raised a family in each of the markets she serves.
