I have 20+ years of experience working in finance. From accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, to accounting analysis, and auditing. I have many years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. These have led me to excel in skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership and management. A finance background provides a real estate agent with a deeper understanding of financial concepts like cash flow, return on investment, and market trends, allowing them to better advise clients.

Personal

My family is my pride and joy. I consider them to be my "Why"; Why I work endlessly with a desire of always self-improving and with a strong sense of purpose. My little family include: husband, twin girls, a boy, a German Shepherd and a Maltese. You can say it's a full house! They drive me crazy at times, but wouldn't trade this for the world. I am a first-generation American child of immigrant parents from The Dominican Republic. I grew up in Bronx, NY and witnessed my hard-working parents try their hardest to provide my siblings and me with a better future. I take pride in being a first-generation college graduate and working my way up in the corporate world in this country, where opportunities are endless. I work full time as an accounting manager for a private company. I love what I do and have a passion for Finance. I always had an interest for the Real Estate market and so decided to pursue it for fun! It feels incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to witness a family's satisfaction and excitement when searching for their dream home!
