Mr. Kaplan has 25+ years of real estate experience and is responsible for negotiating, purchasing, entitling, developing and leasing commercial properties throughout lower Fairfield County. His client list includes major Fairfield County based firms included Belpointe, Greystar, Commonfund, Workforce Partners, Seligson Properties, Invictus, and Maplewood Senior Living. Jeffrey Kaplan holds a real estate license and serves as Vice President of Investment Sales for William Raveis, specializing in middle market sales and acquisitions ranging from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. Prior to joining William Raveis, Jeff held the same position at True Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Kaplan was a Director at Seligson Properties, where he was actively involved with the development of Waypointe, the largest mixed-use project in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, he served as an owner's representative for key commercial property acquisitions, leasing, and sales. Mr. Kaplan served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Stepping Stones Museum for Children and has been a featured guest speaker regarding real estate development in lower Fairfield County. He is actively involved with the Kiwanis Club of Wilton. Jeffrey graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and holds a Master's Degree in Psychology. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
