My love for the business of selling Real Estate, development, design and investing started at a very young age. I actually started working in an Real Estate office at 18 but wasn't old enough back then to even get my license. From about 12 years old I was drawing floor plans on lined paper from school and still to this day I love building, remodeling and designing homes and have also done restaurants, offices and retails businesses. I bought my first home at 19 and have been a Broker in Colorado, Washington, California and now an Agent here in Florida.

Experience

36 years as a Real Estate Broker including a General Contractors License in the state of Washington. I have flipped houses in Dallas, Colorado and Nashville along with dozens of remodels throughout my career with my biggest project being a 8000 sq ft Villa in the San Francisco Bay area. I personally have owned 14 homes in 5 different states.

Personal

I have been married to my Jersey Boy, Rich for 40 years. He has been a Commercial Shopping Center Developer with over a Billion dollars in Capital Expenditures. Before Real Estate he had a career in Professional Football with the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Colts. We have 2 sons and 2 daughters that have given us 12 beautiful grandchildren. 6 grandsons and 6 granddaughters ranging from 1 year old to 24 years old. We left California 2 years ago to follow 5 of those grandkid's and have never looked back. We love our laid back Florida life and are in the process of building a Mountain Home in beautiful Bannerelk North Carolina to give me that Fall I do miss a bit.
