A native of Nantucket, Liam has lived on the island for most of his life. A few years after graduating from the Berklee College of Music and living in Boston Liam decided to move back to the island full time. He worked as a carpenter for some years before transitioning into real estate. He started his real estate career at Compass Rose Real Estate and joined William Raveis when the firms merged. Because of his vast construction experience Liam has a unique insight into Nantucket real estate.
