Overall, she always kept in touch and provided us constant updates or even the lack thereof she stayed on top of everything and would even update us to indicate that she hasn't heard anything yet but is always following up. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us navigate a highly challenging Braintree market where the inventory was unusually low and good properties were getting snatched up in merely days. We were often competing in bidding wars with 10 other offers and everything was moving at a fast pace, and Kathleen was there to guide us every step of the way. Unlike other agents with a purely selfish goal of merely getting a commission as fast and as high as possible, her goal was to get us a house that we truly loved at a great value, and that we aren't rushed or forced into any decisions.
