Knowledgeable, hard working and above all honest, are some of the adjectives that come to mind when I think of Yelena. We all know how difficult it is to find the "right" house in Newton and Yelena showed us a lot of properties before we found the "right" one. Never pushy or overbearing, Yelena would listen carefully to us, to the selling realtor, then ask a question that no one has considered. She was always available by phone. She's prompt in her responses to questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll tell you so and let you know that she needs to research it. How many realtors just make up B.S. on the spot to sound all-knowing!? She even helped us deal with the mortgage broker. From what I understand she has also worked with developers and contractors and has an abundance of information and experience to share with her customers.
