Experience

With parents as owners of a boutique brokerage on Cape Cod, Thomas encountered the challenging and rewarding experiences of real estate from a young age. Summer mornings spent cleaning rental properties and winter afternoons checking on snow-covered listings were the origins that ignited his interest in becoming a Professional Realtor. Prior to his involvement in residential real estate, Thomas became a certified personal trainer before taking a position as Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach at his alma mater, Boston College High School in Dorchester. Following his time in coaching, he obtained his salesperson's license in April 2014, and balanced his real estate pursuits while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston. To broaden his skillset, he then joined the Property Management Team at CBRE in downtown Boston in early 2018, managing high-end office spaces in the Financial District and Boston's Seaport. Thomas' penchant for creating long-term relationships called him back to his roots in residential real estate. Throughout the throes of 2020 and 2021, he maintained the standard of "exceptional service without exception" in the Cambridge area that he learned from his parents, combining his management acumen and coaching background to create a tried-and-true, personalized, seamless process for his clients.

Personal

Thomas considers one of the greatest blessings of his life to have been the luck of growing up on the northside of Cape Cod. The beauty of living near the ocean is never lost on him, and it remains a goal of his to return to Dennis in the near future to collaborate in an exciting future for the community. Health - of mind, body, and soul - has become a paramount passion for Thomas in the last ten years. As a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner, it is his daily intention to unite his interests in real estate, tennis, and holistic wellness under the vision of HOME-COURT-HEALTH, his consulting enterprise. Thomas plays competitive Boston-area tennis, serves as an alumni ambassador to BC High, enjoys trips to the White Mountains for hiking, and hosts his own podcast, "Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery". He generally describes himself as "an enthusiast".
