"We have just bought an investment property with Teds help. The entire deal was an excellent demonstration of how much value a top tier realtor can bring to the table. Due to my poor choice of a lender (despite Teds forewarning!) the deal was shaky from the start and almost fell apart about a month in. The situation was dire: the seller was about to give up and the lender was refusing to finance due to their hypersensitivity to the property's condition. Ted single-handedly appeased the seller, renegotiated a contract extension, found another lender, persuaded the new lender to expedite the deal to less than 1 month to closing and supervised the entire process all the way through closing. How is that for staying on top of things and going above and beyond? On top of all that, Ted is always a pleasure to work with.
