But before that, Sarah was a certified kickboxing trainer for eight years, helping people reach their fitness goals and feel like champions! Her desire to lend a helping hand doesn't stop there. Sarah volunteers at The Cove - Center for Grieving Children in CT, providing hope and healing to those who need it most. She is also in training to volunteer at Valerie's House in SWFL. The mission of Valerie's House is to help children and families work through the loss of a loved one together and go on to live fulfilling lives. Our vision is that No Child Will Grieve Alone.
