Rose Tracy Maxfield, REALTOR, MBA Emie Barnes Team: We live, work, and play in Pelican Bay Rose recently secured her broker's license, after moving to Naples, FL in 2020. She joined her sister Emie Tracy Barnes, who holds over 30 years of experience as a real estate agent. Rose brings to the team over two decades of advertising and marketing experience. She has created campaigns supporting major national brands including Forever Diamonds, Bulleit Bourbon, and Starbucks. She shares her sister's strong work ethic, integrity, open communication, and healthy dose of humor. Their motto is: We live, work, and play in Pelican Bay. Rose holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond, an MBA from Suffolk University, and studied French Literature at the Sorbonne in Paris. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Women's Council of REALTORS, and sits on the Pelican Bay Women?s League Board. Rose is also a Cancer survivor and active fundraiser for Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center?s running team called the FREDS TEAM. She is a mom to three children, avid runner/marathoner, and recently picked back up many of her favorite childhood sports, again including bicycling, golf, and tennis. Rose Tracy Maxfield is excited to join her sister at the William Raveis offices in Naples and Bonita Springs as part of the Emie Barnes Team (aka Team Tracy).
