Ralph Secino was the most professional Real Estate Agent I ever dealt with. And I am a Real Estate Developer! He was supportive, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the market and a great guy to work with. We were looking at two houses for over a year; made offers on both. At one point my wife asked me "which one Ralph like the best?" I gave her his opinions and the reasons why he had those opinions. She said she agreed with him and they already had two of the three votes, therefore my vote was overruled. I explained that I also agreed with his analysis and that the vote was unanimous.
