Peter Bonanno brings nearly five decades of real estate experience to Linda's Team at William Raveis Real Estate. A Realtor since 1978 and a consistent multi-million-dollar producer, he has built his business on a simple philosophy: representing buyers and sellers in home ownership is an enormous responsibility and must be taken very seriously. He approaches every transaction with high energy, a solutions‑oriented mindset, and a genuine sense of humor, which has earned him extensive repeat and referral business-his favorite endorsement. Over the years, Peter has been ranked the top agent in the Old Saybrook office many times since 1984 and #1 or #2 across all offices from Madison to Stonington to Essex. He is recognized as a top luxury agent and has earned multiple elite designations, including Exemplar Society, International President's Elite, and Previews Properties Specialist. Educated at St. Bonaventure University (B.S.) and SUNY Brockport (M.S.), Peter is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and Mid‑Shore Association of Realtors. His expertise spans new construction and land development, water‑related properties along Long Island Sound and the Connecticut River, single‑family homes, condominiums, and luxury properties. Deeply rooted in the community, Peter has served on the Westbrook Board of Recreation, Westbrook Jaycees, the Essex Savings Bank Board of Trustees, and the Board of Governors at Clinton Country Club. He has been active with the YMCA, Essex Corinthian Yacht Club, senior softball in Madison, and the Shoreline Adult Soccer League. A Westbrook resident from 1977 to 1999 and an Essex resident since 1999, he also brings a rich background in education as a former public high school teacher and coach (1969-1976) and college instructor and coach at Mitchell College (1976-1983). Now that Peter has the support staff of Linda's Team behind him, he can focus on what he loves best: helping his clients.
