Olinda is passionate about real estate, whether it be listings, renovations, new construction, or design, she is interested in all of them! With a background in civil engineering and project management, she was able to quickly learn the GC business and provide more insight into the condition of a property after it had been renovated even from the ground up. On top of that, Olinda enjoys the negotiation and problem-solving aspect of every negotiation as a real estate salesperson. Being bilingual herself, she seeks to help people communicate, whether they are buyers or sellers, to achieve their real estate goals. During her spare time, Olinda enjoys Pilates and yoga classes, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
